At Aura Malibu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coastal-inspired purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Aura Malibu tags attached to ensure the return is processed successfully.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our Malibu warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
